Step like fairies,
tread the air,
footsteps fine,
like no one’s there.
Cherish earth,
don’t stamp her down,
gentle steps,
caress the ground.
Pity creatures,
underfoot,
do not squash them –
Elephant!
Practice lightly,
as you walk,
silently,
your footsteps talk.

footsteps do talk,…best to make them quiet as possible
Oh I agree – unfortunately some people seem to make a grand entrance and the whole floor shudders!!!
Of course there are fairies. You just look a little sideways and there they are. Quick, don’t blink, they’re away. Alexandra, my mother brought me up to believe in fairies. How sad to live in a flat, barren world. A heavy handed, foot stopping world that doesn’t have fairies. Virginia
The fairies in my world are naughty and mischievous and sometimes they bite!!
