Step like fairies,

tread the air,

footsteps fine,

like no one’s there.

 

Cherish earth,

don’t stamp her down,

gentle steps,

caress the ground.

 

Pity creatures,

underfoot,

do not squash them –

Elephant!

 

Practice lightly,

as you walk,

silently,

your footsteps talk.
