Am I mad,
or am I sane?
Is this real,
and what’s to gain?
I do not think,
the way you do,
I do not see ,
the world as tho’,
each instant,
is in monochrome
no black, no white,
no sin atoned.
There is no evil,
right or wrong,
Just shades of grey,
no one belongs;
each coin a side,
yet both the same;
I ask once more –
Am I sane?

Does sanity matter if you can write poems like this?
Oh wow – thank you very much indeed 🙂 I am very flattered!!
*grins* new life long friend!!! 😀
My pleasure. Thank you for the poem.
Possibly a shade of mad, a degree of insane, but you seem to have a handle on it! 🙂
Haha I’ve yet to meet any one without a shade of insanity! Even my dog would agree 🙂
You seem sane to me.
Hehe thank you – I’m saying nothing that might incriminate me 😀
When ever a friend asks me if she is sane, I answer, “No, and that’s a good thing!” Chuckles!!!
Hahaha – I’m in full agreement with you 🙂
Life is so full of insanity, that to not accept some of it, would surely make you more insane.
Well said!!
Thank you for visiting and leaving a comment that backs up what I always thought 🙂
