Meditation
In a grove, a daisy grows,
against all odds, between the crags,
in harshest winds, its body bends,
and in sun’s rays, its beauty plays.
Just like this, our heart should kiss,
sublime compassion, on the cushion,
let our mind dance with divine
integration through meditation.

elegance
of your last two lines
Thank you Geo – you have just put my mind at rest. I have spent a long time agonising over the last two lines. I wasn’t sure whether to leave the last stanza out altogether!
Ah…this is lovely…soothing somehow – nice one Alex 🙂
Inspiring and Insightful.
Great and Valuable thoughts.
Thank you 🙂
