Indeed, when I was small I tried all sorts to try and keep that glossy sheen 🙂

Really? I didn’t know that! Do children still love to collect them and play with them? Over here it seems to be a thing of the past as xbox and playstation have taken over.

AnElephant loves this, but is surprised to find no trace of conkers being played anywhere else.
He has recently asked in France and Italy and the Pacific North West USA and Canada.
Has he just been unlucky?
Aw that is a shame – I think xbox, mobiles and the internet have rendered it a fading childhood memory for us more mature ex conker players 🙂
