I like 🙂
Thank you 🙂
What a fun poem! 😉 xoM
Haha – probably more accessible to the lady writers out there! 🙂
I like this one a lot. It has a great tonal sound to it (I’m not sure if those are appropriate poetry terms, but I figured they’d get my point across 🙂 )
Hello!! Oh yes I think they are perfect poetry terms!!
Thank you very much – sorry I’ve been a bit slack with catching up with everyone! I will be back…
😀
I really like ‘scheming skeins / unpicking dreams’ and lol at the final lines 🙂
Thank you – yes it’s quite a yarn – boom boom!!
🙂
Love it! I knit too 🙂 Fun poem
I wrote this after being inspired by trying to knit a cardigan and not having the patience to stick at it and complete it! I prefer knitting small things!
I totally agree with you! The small things are better to go for. I myself don’t also have the patience for the bigger projects. Even a baby blanket! 🙂
Oooh – what an incredible metaphor! Love this one…
Thank you!
Hehe – I think the women might get it more than the men 🙂
I just met a YOUNG guy who knits – does incredible work. So unusual. So I guess this is for us biddies and him? 🙂
Haha oh yes – I do actually know three or four guys who knit, and they are better at it than me! Maybe they see it as engineering with wool!! 🙂
I really like it!
Thank you 🙂
Loved this truly.
Thank you very much indeed!
🙂
You are most welcome 🙂
Ahhhhh…so pretty 🙂 Loved the ‘playing words’…they played along so nicely to weave that cardigan that looks like a poem 😀 Thank you 🙂
Ahhh thank you! Thank you for reading and taking the time to leave a comment 🙂
I’m glad you enjoyed the word play 😀
